The distances between supports
In all cases, maximum distance between supports is 600 mm. Can be fitted with transverse beams, assembled on:
  • tiles (300 x 300 mm);
  • solid base structure.
Set of any length must be installed on at least 3 transverse beams. Always lay a waterproofing coat under the tile.

Expansion
Doe to the initial strain resulting from moisture, it is necessary to use the expansion gaps. In time these expansion gaps decrease or disappear. Mount the profiles of at least 30 mm away from other objects.

Expansion gaps for the transverse beams
Maintain at least 30 mm expansion gap to walls or other objects. Cut crosswise transverse beams loosen one side to another.

Expansion gaps for boards
Maintain at least 30 mm expansion gap to walls or other objects, at least 8 mm expansion gap between the plates profiles. Each plate profile must be supported by the separate transom. Before installing terraces longer and / or wider than 9 meters please discuss this with the supplier.

Mounting on the transverse beams with stainless steel lock
Attach primary/rear lock on each of beams. Use stainless steel fastenings screws. Push the board in the primary/rear lock (detail A). Next terrace board fitted with stainless steel locking device (detail B). Slide the stainless steel lock into the side of boards profile. Tighten it in the middle of the transverse beams 4 x 25 mm with a rounded head bolt. Hold the plate‘s profile tilted and press it under stainless steel lock (detail C).

Last board‘s installation into primary/rear lock
Build the last series of boards into the stainless steel locking device. Lower the board on the cross bar and select the primary/rear lock position. In order to accurately perform the selection using the unused primary/rear lock. Remove the last number of boards and attach the primary/rear lock to the marked locations. Primary/rear lock should be tightenedon to each of the transverse beams. Use the attached stainless steel screws to wood for fastening. Insert a tilt board and press it down, inserting the primary/rear lock (detail D).

Open sides closure
If the terrace has open sides, you can choose a rear cover or finishing profile. To attach the boards profiles, attach the aluminum edge first. The maximum length of the finishing profile of is 1.85 meters. Finishing profiles of the terrace corners must be no longer than 0.5 meters. Expansion spacing between the tip must be at least 8 mm.

Ventilation
It is necessary to ensure adequate ventilation under terrace to balance the water content of the panels and support structures. With the ensure of adequate ventilation the lifetime of the terrace prolongs. Never heat-seal terraces sides completely.
