Before you install the facing boards, always put it on the smooth ground and keep for 24 hours to acclimatise.
The facade facing boards must be installed on treated wood lathing.
Lathing should not be thinner then 32 mm.
Lathing must be attached on the head (concrete or brick) by traditional way – perpendicularly to installing boards.
Lath must be fitted between them leaving 30-50 cm.
We recommend that between the lathing and beyond the wall was placed a waterproofing membrane.
Between the insulation and facade panels must be maintained for at least 20 mm ventilation hole.
Installing MIKS 1 mounting boards, the beginning aluminum profile M100 is always placed first.
Facade facing boards must be installed in accordance with the principle of free extension. For that are made the grooves with screw fixed in it. While turning the screws, always work in one direction (from left to right or vice versa).
Notice that 4 mm gap must be left for extension between all facade boards and in endings (finish profile).
Cut with buzz-saw and for additional holes use metal drill.
